1 package (12 oz.) frozen dry-pack raspberries, thawed
cup sugar
cup fresh orange juice
4 strips orange zest, each 2x1/2 inch

Directions:
Directions:
In a food processor or blender, puree raspberries. If you want a smooth sauce, line a strainer with cheesecloth and push through the puree, catching the strained puree in a bowl. Discard solids and seeds.

In a small saucepan, bring sugar, orange juice, and zest just to a boil over moderate heat. Strain into the raspberry puree, and stir to combine. Refrigerate sauce in a covered container up to 2 weeks.
