Cooking spray
8 skinless, boneless chicken breasts
2 thinly sliced lemons (about 16 full sized slices)
4 garlic cloves, minced
1 Tbsp Greek seasoning, divided
8 tsp olive oil

Directions:
Directions:
Take foil pieces and spray shiny side with cooking spray.

Add two slices of lemon, lay chicken breast on top of lemon.

Add olive oil on top of chicken.

Sprinkle chicken with minced garlic and Greek seasoning.

Seal packets and cook on coals for about 30 minutes, turning once every 10 minutes.
