1 envelope fajita marinade
Ingredients for making marinade (often times just oil and water)
2 lbs fajita meat (beef or chicken cut in strips)
1 large onion, sliced thick
1 large green pepper, sliced thick
1 large red pepper, sliced thick
16 flour tortillas, fajita sized
16 oz shredded cheddar cheese
1 - 16 oz jar mild salsa

At home:
Cut up meat into thin strips, add to zip top bag. Mix marinade according to package directions. Add meat to bag, seal, and refrigerate.

Slice up onions and both peppers. Add to separate zip top bag.

In camp:
Have foil sheets ready, one for each patrol member.

Take meat out of bag, being sure to drain away most marinade. Discard marinade.

Divide meat and veggies equally on to each foil sheet. Seal and cook 15-20 minutes, turning twice.

Open foil packets and serve with tortillas. Top with shredded cheese and salsa.
