2 boneless chicken breasts
1/2c flour
6 garlic cloves
4tbsp butter
Sauvignon Blanc wine
fresh basil
1/4c shredded parmesan cheese
1/4c shredded mozzarella cheese
1c cream
olive oil

Directions:
Directions:
Coat the chicken in olive oil and then flour it. Cook it in a saute pan with cracked pepper, 2 thin sliced cloves of garlic and a puddle of wine. When chicken is done, remove from pan and loosen the browned bits from the bottom. In the same pan, cook down butter, 4 sliced cloves of garlic, 1/3 to 1/2 c of wine, and a few torn basil leaves. Add parmesan and mozzarella cheese and stir constantly until cheeses are melted. Remove pan from heat and stir in about a cup of cream.

Shitake mushrooms sauteed in wine, garlic, and Italian seasonings make a great addition to this.
