1/3 lb lean hamburger, formed in patty, per person 1/2 medium potato, peeled and sliced, per person 1/2 carrot, peeled and sliced, per person 1/4 onion, chopped, per person 1 Tbsp water Season with butter pat, salt, pepper, and garlic powder Add other seasonings to taste as desired
Cook 20-30 minutes over hot coals, turning twice during cooking.
