Chocolate Mint Bars Recipe

1 cup sugar
1 cup flour
1/4 c. margarine
4 eggs
1 16 oz can chocolate syrup.

3/4 tsp. peppermint flavoring
3 tbsp. soft margarine
4 cups powdered sugar
4 tbsp. milk
green food coloring

4 tbsp. margarine and 6 oz chocolate chips

Mix first five ingredients and bake in a 9x13 greased pan at 350 for about 35 minutes.

Filling: Mix above ingredients and spread on brownies. Refrigerate for 20 minutes.

Glaze Melt margarine and chocolate together and spread over top.
