2 1/2 lbs stew meat
15 oz Tomato Sauce
15 oz V 8 Juice
1 1/2 cups chopped celery
3-4 onions
4-5 peeled potatoes, cut 7-8 carrots
2 bouillon cubes in 2 cups hot water
1 tbsp salt
3 tbsp tapioca
2 bay leaves
lg can mushrooms (add at end)
1 pkg frozen peas (add at end)

Brown meat. Add rest of ingredients. Bake at 325 for about 5 hours (or less). Remove bay leaves.
