1/2 cup margarine
1 cup sugar
1 cup milk
1 tsp vanilla 1/2 tsp lemon extract
2 cups flour
1 tbsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt

Directions:
Directions:
Cream margarine and sugar. Stir dry ingredients together. Add flavorings to milk. Add dry ingredients and milk to creamed mixture alternately- beating well. Spread in greased 9x13 pan. Pour 1 quart of fruit and juice over top, arranging fruit evenly. You can sprinkle extra sugar and spice over top. (Cinnamon with peaches or pears. Cloves with apricots). Bake 350 for 45 min.
