1-2 cup baked or boiled chicken (cut fine)
1 cup melted butter
1 cup flour
seasonings (salt, pepper, onion, and garlic powder) 1 quart broth or 4 bouillon cubes and 4 cups of water
1 pint cream and 1 pint half and half or whole milk
2 8 oz cream cheese
fettuccine noodles

Directions:
Directions:

Put together like white sauce (blend cream cheese with milk or cream and add). Cook until consistency of caramel sauce. Add chicken. Top with fresh grated Parmesan cheese if desired.
Cook fettuccine noodles according to package directions; rinse. Pour chicken sauce over noodles and serve.
