1 whole chicken or chicken breasts, boiled and cut into pieces
1 onion sauteed
1 (10 1/2 oz) can diced tomatoes and chilies 2 cans cream of chicken soup
1 cup chicken broth
1/2 pint half and half
12 small tortillas
1 cup shredded monterey jack

Directions:
Directions:
Mix soup with broth and half and half. Set aside. Mix chicken pieces, onion, and tomato and chilies. Put chicken mixture on small tortilla. Lay folded side down in baking dish. Cover with soup mixture. Top with cheese. Bake at 350 for 20-30 min. Garnish with sour cream (optional).
