1 1/2 cups Minute Rice (uncooked)
1 can Cream Mushroom soup
1 can Cream Celery soup (or Chicken or mushroom)
1/2 cup milk
1 pkg Onion soup (Lipton Dry Mix)
1 or 2 cut up chickens or thighs

Directions:
Directions:
Heat soups combined with milk. Spread rice in bottom of 9x13" pan and mix with soups. Place chicken on top. Sprinkle with dry mix. Cover with foil and bake 2 1/2 hours at 300.
