Simmer Sauce Ingredients until a little thick:
3/4 cup flour
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp garlic salt 1/2 cup salad oil
2 cup water
2 cans tomato sauce
2 tsp chili powder 1 onion chopped
1 can enchilada sauce
2 tbsp vinegar

1 pkg flour tortillas 1 lb cheese 1-2 lb browned beef

Directions:
Directions:
Pour a little sauce in bottom of long baking pan. Fill tortillas with hamburger and some cheese; roll up and place in a row in baking dish. Pour remaining sauce across rolled tortillas and top with cheese. Bake at 350 only until cheese is melted. Makes 8-10.
