1 cup heavy cream
cup sugar
cup light corn syrup
cup Dutch process cocoa
1 tbsp. rum, optional.

Directions:
Directions:
Combine all the ingredients except the rum in a small saucepan. Bring to a boil over medium heat, whisking constantly. Adjust the heat to simmering. Continue whisking and cook for 2 minutes. Remove from the heat; pour into a storage container, and stir in the rum, if using.
