Serves 8

2 lbs ground beef
2 - 16 oz packages frozen tater tots
2 cans cream of mushroom soup (condensed)
1 onion, chopped fine
1/2 cup chopped celery (if desired)
2 cans green beans (if desired)
Salt and pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
In oiled dutch oven, brown ground beef, onions, and celery. Add desired seasoning. Stir in soup, top with green beans (if desired). Then arrange tater tots on top.

Bake at approximately 400 degrees F for about 1 hour or until mixture is bubbly and tater tots are browned and crispy.
