1 3/4 Cups all-purpose Flour
2 1/2 Tsp. Baking Powder
1 1/4 Tsp. Salt
1 Tbsp. Sugar
1/4 Cup Butter
3/4 Cup Milk or Cream

Directions:
Directions:
In a mixing bowl; mix flour, baking powder, salt and sugar; cut in the butter until crumbly. Add milk stirring lightly with a fork. Turn dough onto a floured board. Knead lightly for 1/2 minute. Roll dough into 1/4-inch thickness. Cut with biscuit cutter.
Bake at 450 for 10-12 minutes.
