1 4-5 lb. tenderloin Schilling Montreal steak seasoning or garlic seasoned salt and pepper 1/2 c. butter, melted
Rub with seasoning and sear on the grill and brown on all sides 20 to 30 min. Remove and brush with butter. Place in preheated oven 1 hr. 30 min. at 200 º. Cut in 1 inch slices. If not using for sandwiches, pour juices over meat.
