Any size prime rib, bone in or boneless
salt
pepper
fresh garlic or garlic powder

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 375.
Put beef in an open pan, bone down.
Rub with seasoning.
Put in oven - close door and tape it shut.
IMPORTANT - Door CANNOT be opened.
Cook 1 hr. Turn oven off and leave oven door closed at least 2 hrs.
Before serving, turn oven to 375 and cook additional 35 min for rare, 45 min. for med. or 55 min. for well done.
Serve with Au Jus.
