1 c. self raising flour
1/2 c plain flour
1 c rolled oats
1/2 c desiccated coconut
1/2 c caster sugar
125g melted butter
2 tbsp honey
1 egg, beaten
250g cooking chocolate chopped
2 tbsp peanut butter
100g packet of changs© fried noodles

Directions:
Directions:
pre heat oven to 180º, grease a slab pan.
combine sifter self raising flour and plain flour, oats, coconut and sugar into a large bowl, add melted butter, egg, and honey and stir to combine.
bake for 15 - 20 min.
in a separate bowl melt chocolate i the microwave and add the peanut butter, stir to combine, and the fried noodles and stir pour all the mix onto the slice as soon as it comes out of the oven, cool then slice
