1- Box graham crackers
2- small boxes instant vanilla pudding
3 1/2- cups milk
1- (8oz) cool whip

Frosting
4- Tbsp cocoa
2- Tbsp oil
2- tsp light corn syrup
2- tsp vanilla
3- Tbsp soft butter
1/2- cup powdered sugar
3- Tbsp milk

Directions:
Directions:
Line pan with graham crackers, mix pudding with milk and cool whip. Beat for 2 minutes. Pour half the mixture over crackers. Add a second layer of crackers. Pour remaining pudding over crackers. Refrigerate for 2 hours.
Blend all ingredients for frosting and blend until smooth. Spread over top of dessert mixture and refrigerate for 24 hours. Keep refrigerated.
