1 cup olive oil
1 teaspoon basil
1 tsp. oregano
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. pepper
3 cloves garlic, diced
3 roma tomatoes, sliced
2 oz. Romano cheese, grated
1 pound bow tie pasta

Directions:
Directions:
Mix oil, basil, oregano, salt, pepper, garlic, tomatoes, and cheese in large bowl. Cook pasta as directed on package and add to mixture. Stir in oil.

This is a very easy and great tasting salad. I serve it either warm or cold. When fresh tomatoes are out of season, I use sweet grape tomatoes. I also like to use fresh basil when I have it on hand.
