4 cup mashed sweet potatoes 2 cups white sugar 1 teaspoon vanilla 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg 4 eggs salt to taste 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon Topping 1/3 cup butter 1 1/2 cup frosted flakes 1/2 cup pecans 1 cup brown sugar
Stir well, add 1 cup milk and 1/3 cup melted butter. Mix. Pour into a 9x13 inch and bake at 350 degrees 30 minutes or until set. Mix topping ingredients together and top hot sweet potatoes return to oven and bake until bubbly and brown.
