Ingredients:  
1. Wash wings in cold water
2. Rinse off and dry with paper towels.
3. Mix 2 cups of flour with one or two tsp. cayenne pepper
4. Mix wings and flour in plastic bag and shake.
5. Put wings on cookie sheet and refrigerate for 2 hours

Sauce
One bottle Louisiana Hot sauce
1 ˝ tsp. cayenne pepper
1 stick butter
1 Tbsp paprika
6-10 T brown sugar

Bring all ingredients to boil; shut off.

Cook wings for approximately ten minutes in fryer at 350 degrees. Dip wings in sauce.
