8 oz. cream cheese, softened. May use light for a creamier consistency. 8 oz. sour cream cayenne pepper to taste ¼ - 1/2 tsp. garlic powder ¾ cup (approximately) fresh Parmesan cheese imitation crab meat (8 oz approx.)
Blend all ingredients together. Warm in microwave or serve cold. Serve with crackers, chips, or fresh vegetables.
