Potato Mixture

1 lb. frozen hash browns
2 tbsp. + 2 tsp. margarine, melted
1/2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1 tbsp. dried, minced onion
1/2 can (10.5 oz.) cream of chicken soup
1/2 c. sour cream (may use light or fat free)
1/2 c. shredded cheddar cheese, divided (1/4 cup in potatoes, 1/4 cup on top of potatoes)
1 1/2 cups frozen broccoli (optional)

4 center cup pork chops
2/3 cup French Fried Onions

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all potato mixture ingredients together. Press into 8x8 greased baking dish. Add remaining cheese on top. Brown pork chops in small amount of oil. Place on top of potatoes. Sprinkle French fried onions on top of pork chops. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Remove foil and continue to bake for 10 more minutes.
