"I have long believed that good food, good eating is all about risk. Whether we're talking about unpasteurized Stilton, raw oysters or working for organized crime 'associates,' food, for me, has always been an adventure."--Anthony Bourdain
This recipe for Peanut Butter Balls, by Cheryl Harmon, is from Cleo's Family Reunion Cookbook,
one of the cookbooks created at FamilyCookbookProject.com. We help
families or individuals create heirloom cookbook treasures.
Mix first 4 ingredients together. (I use my hands) Roll into balls and place on wax paper. Chill for 30 minutes. Melt last 2 ingredients in double boiler. Dip cooled balls in chocolate with toothpick and lay on wax paper to set. Store in airtight container. These will also freeze well.

These are really a crowd pleaser, especially at Christmas.
