2 lb. lean ground beef
1 cup Italian bread crumbs
2 eggs
2/3 c. water (approximately)
c. Parmesan cheese
c. onion, finely chopped
tsp. garlic powder
tsp. pepper
tsp. salt

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients together in large bowl. Using cookie scoop, shape into balls (should make 48).

Place meatball on a parchment-covered baking sheet. Bake at 325 degrees until thoroughly cooked. Cool and bag (if freezing).
