1 1/2 pounds lean ground beef
1 cup tomato sauce mixed with ¼ tsp. Tabasco sauce
3/4 cup Quaker® Oats (Quick or Old Fashioned, uncooked)
1 egg, lightly beaten
1/4 cup chopped onion
1/4 teaspoon salt (optional)
1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Directions:
Directions:
In large bowl, combine all ingredients, making sure to sprinkle salt and pepper evenly. Mix lightly but thoroughly. Press into 8x8 pan or 2 small loaf pans. Cover lightly with ketchup.

Bake in 350 degree oven for approximately 1 hour or until internal temperature reaches 160 degrees and there is no pink in center. Let stand 5 minutes; drain off any juices before slicing.
