1 c. Brown Sugar
1/2 c. Light Corn Syrup
4 T. Butter or Margarine
1/2 15 oz. can Sweetened Condensed Milk
1/2 tsp. Vanilla
Chopped Peanuts

Directions:
Directions:
Combine brown sugar, corn syrup and butter in a saucepan. Stir well while bringing to a boil. Stir in condensed milk. Simmer, stirring constantly until it reaches 234 - 240. Remove from heat and stir in vanilla. Insert wooden skewers into apples and dip into caramel while it is hot. Place peanuts into small bowl and dip caramel apples in nuts.
