3lbs stew beef
2 cans Cream of Mushroom soup
1c cooking sherry
1 packet dry Onion Soup mix
mushrooms

Directions:
Directions:
Brown the beef with the mushrooms. In a large bowl, mix together soup, sherry, and soup mix until smooth. Put the beef and mushrooms in a large casserole dish or dutch oven and pour soup mix over it. Bake in over at 325 for 3 hours or at 300 for 4 hours. Beef should be fork tender when done.
