12 T. (1 1/2 sticks) Butter
4 Egg Yolks
3 T. Lemon Juice
Kosher Salt
1/4 tsp. ground Black Pepper
2 pinches Cayenne Pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Melt Butter in small saucepan. Place egg yolks, lemon and 1/2 tsp salt, pepper and cayenne in blender. Blend for 15 seconds and leave blender on and pour the hot butter in and blend for 30 seconds or until the sauce is thick.
