c. oil
c. soy sauce
c. sherry wine
c. lemon juice
c. minced onion
tsp. ginger
tsp. pepper
tsp. garlic salt
2 lbs. turkey tenderloins or chicken breasts

Directions:
Directions:
Combine first 8 ingredients. Place meat in a storage bag. Pour on the marinade. Refrigerate 6 hours or overnight. Remove meat and discard marinade. Grill 8-10 minutes each side.

I double this recipe and put 2-3 chicken breasts in sandwich size bags with the marinade and then freeze them. Then we can take out what we need if we have guests or grill other meat
