Ingredients:
5-6 c. rhubarb, chopped
1 c. sugar
1 (3 oz) pkg. strawberry jello
1 yellow cake mix
1 c. warm water
c. butter, melted

Directions:
Directions:
Put rhubarb in the bottom of a 9x13 pan. Sprinkle with sugar and jello. (Can add a little flour to make the sauce not as juicy).

Pour the cake over the rhubarb. Carefully sprinkle with water covering as much of the cake as possible. Next spoon on the butter. Try to moisten as much of the cake as possible, but some dry cake is OK. Bake 50-60 minutes at 350 degrees. This tastes really good warm with whipped cream!
