1 c. butter, softened
3/4 c. sugar
3/4 c. brown sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
3 c. quick-cooking oats
1 1/2 c. flour
1 pkg. (3.4 oz.) instant vanilla pudding mix
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
2 c. chocolate chips

Directions:
Directions:
Cream butter and sugars. Beat in eggs and vanilla. Combine oats, flour, pudding mix, baking soda, & salt; gradually add to creamed mixture. Stir in chocolate chips.

Bake @ 375 for 10-12 minutes.
