1/4 c. Flour
1 c. Milk
1/2 c. Margarine
1/2 c. Shortening
1 c. Sugar
2 tsp. Vanilla
4 T. Cocoa (may be omitted)

Directions:
Directions:
Cook flour and milk until smooth and thick, stirring constantly. Cool thoroughly. Cream the margarine, shortening, sugar, vanilla and cocoa (if you want a chocolate frosting). Add the flour mixture. Beat at high speed until smooth and fluffy. Spread on cake and enjoy!
