1 8 oz. package refrigerated crescent rolls
1 pound pork sausage, cooked and drained
1 1/2 cup frozen hashbrown potatoes, thawed
1 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
green pepper (optional)
mushrooms (optional)
5 eggs
1/4 cup milk
1/4 tsp pepper
3/4 tsp. salt
Parmesan cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Cook meat and drain. Place crescent rolls on ungreased pizza pan or cookie sheet with sides to it. Top with sausage, potatoes, and cheese. Mix the remaining ingredients and pour over the cheese, sausage, and potatoes. Do not overfill. Top with Parmesan cheese. Bake for 30 to 35 minutes at 375 degrees.
