Chicken Lasagna Recipe

4 c. chicken (3 boxes grilled southwestern Louis Rich strips)
1 can cream of potato soup
1 can cream of broccoli soup
(can use cream of chicken and cream of celery)
1/2 c. top the tater
1/4 c. mayo (not miracle whip)
1 c. chopped black olives
3/4 c. chopped onions (optional)
2 T. pimento, chopped or diced
1/2 T. garlic salt
8 cooked lasagna noodle
2 c. mozzarella cheese
Parmesan cheese for top

Mix all ingredients except noodles and cheese. Set aside. Put 4 noodles in greased 9x13 pan. Top with chicken mixture. Top with 1 c. cheese. Repeat above. Top all with shredded Parmesan cheese. Bake at 350, covered for 1/2 hour, uncovered for 10 minutes.
