1 lb. ground lean beef
1 pkg. flour tortillas
1 lb. cheddar cheese, grated
1 onion, finely chopped
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 small can taco sauce
1 small can green chiles
1/2 lg. can evaporated milk
1 c. water

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350. Brown meat. Break each tortillas into 4 pieces. Place in large baking dish sprayed with PAM. Layer the tortillas, meat, cheese and onion. Continue layering until all are used. Mix remaining ingredients and pour over all. Bake 30 minutes or until bubbly. Serves 8 to 10.
