3 lbs. ground chuck beef
2 tbsp. salt
2 tbsp. sugar
Seasoned pepper
2 tbsp. garlic powder
2 cans. (16 oz.) tomatoes
2 cans (8 oz.) tomato sauce
2 pkgs. (10 oz.) egg noodles (medium wide)
2 pkgs. (8 oz.) cream cheese
2 pints of sour cream
2 bunches of green onion tops, chopped
1 can whole corn
1/4 stick butter
1 c. Cheddar or Longhorn Cheese

Preheat oven to 350. Brown meat and seasonings, then add tomato mixture and simmer 15 minutes. Cook noodles in salted water according to directions. Mix cream cheese, sour cream, corn and onion tops. Add noodles and butter; stir. Add meat sauce. Pour into casserole dish that has been sprayed with PAM. Cover with grated cheese. Cover casserole and bake for 35 minutes or until heated thoroughly and bubbly. Serves 12.
