c. margarine,
2 eggs,
tsp. salt,
2 c. flour,
2 medium bananas (mashed),
c. buttermilk (1/2 c. milk, 1 tsp vinegar, 1 tsp soda),
nuts if desired

Preheat overn to 300. Grease loaf pan. Mix together all ingredients in a large bowl. Bake 1 hours at 300
