2 large cans of whole sweet potatoes (1 lb. 1 oz.) undrained.
1 can (8 3/4 oz.) crushed pineapple, undrained
1/2 tsp. of nutmeg
1/2 tsp. of ground gloves
1 tsp. of cinnamon
1/2 tsp. of salt
1/2 c. of light brown sugar
1/2 stick of butter, melted
1/2 bag of small marshmallows

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 375. Place potatoes in large mixing bowl and mash with electric mixer or hand masher until smooth. Add remaining ingredients except marshmallows. Spread in baking dish that has been sprayed with PAM. Bake uncovered for 30 minutes or until brown. When done put marshmallows on top and return to oven until marshmallows are melted. (Watch closely so the marshmallows don't burn). :) Its happened to me more than once.
