4 - boneless pork chops
1/2 cup flour seasoned with salt and pepper
1/2 cup buttermilk
1/2 cup Panko bread crumbs
1/4 cup vegetable oil

Directions:
Directions:
Heat vegetable oil to hot, but not smoking. Dip each pork chop in flour, then buttermilk, and finally in the Panko breadcrumbs. Fry until crisp on each side
