1 - 16 oz tub of small curd low fat cottage cheese well drained
1/2 cup grape tomatoes halved
1/2 cup chopped green chilies well drained.
Salt and pepper to taste
Lettuce leaf

Directions:
Directions:
Combine all ingredients up to the lettuce leaf and mix well. Place a scoop of salad on a chilled lettuce leaf and serve cold.
