2 (4 oz.) cans green chilies
6 oz. cheese (cheddar or jack), grated
1-1/2 c. milk
4 eggs, beaten
1/4 c. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
Dash of tobasco

Optional:
1 lb. hamburger and 1 c. onion, chopped, browned and drained

Directions:
Directions:
Halve chilies lengthwise. Place half of them on a greased baking dish. Sprinkle with cheese. Add remaining chilies. Combine milk, eggs, flour, salt and tobasco. Pour over chilies. If hamburger and onion is used, add before milk mixture.
