6 boneless chicken breasts, diced
4 beaten egg whites
Cornstarch

Sauce:
2/3 c. sugar
1/4 c. ketchup
1/2 c. vinegar
2 T. soy sauce
1 sprinkle garlic salt

Directions:
Directions:
Dip chicken in egg whites, then roll in cornstarch and fry. Mix all sauce ingredients together. Put chicken in baking pan, pour sauce over top. Bake uncovered at 350 for 1 hour.
