Ingredients:  
3 cloves chopped garlic
2 crushed bay leaves
1/4 cup soy sauce
3-4 shakes/dashes Worchestershire sauce
1/2 cup Red wine
1 tsp Accent
1/4 tsp Pepper
3/4 Tbs Sugar
1 Tbs Sesame Seed
2 lbs Beef Short Ribs, cut lengthwise (will be long, thin strips of meat with 3 small, oval shaped bones in them)

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients (except meat) in large bowl or flat bottom container. Add ribs and marinate at least 1 hour - the longer the better. Grill outside, or in oven, until done to your liking (rare, well-done, etc.)
