3 Tbsp. butter
1 tsp. vanilla
1 cup white sugar
1 tsp. flour
1 Tbsp. unsweetened cocoa powder
1 1/4 cup milk

Directions:
Directions:
Heat the butter in sauce pan on low heat.

Add to the butter, flour and cocoa. Mix until they become a paste.

Slowly add the milk, mixing as you add.

Keep mixing until the mixture starts to thicken, then let it cool slightly and serve.

Serve with biscuits or mix into your oatmeal or grits as a special breakfast treat.
