1/2 cup slivered almonds
1/2 cup sunflower seeds
1 Tbsp. butter
6 Tbsp. rice vinegar
1/4 cup sugar
1 tsp.salt
1 tsp. pepper
1/4 cup salad oil
1/2 cup sliced scallions
8oz. pkg. shredded coleslaw mix
2 (3 oz.) pkgs. Ramon noodles (any kind - toss out the flavor packet)

Directions:
Directions:
Saute the almonds and sunflowers kernels in the butter in a skillet for 2 to 3 min.

Combine the rice vinegar, sugar, salt, pepper and oil in a bowl and mix well. Chill.

When ready to serve, toss the almond mixture, coleslaw mix, scallions and ramon noodles in a salad bowl. Add the dressing, tossing to coat.
