Meatballs:
1 1/2 Lbs. Ground Beef
1 Egg
1 Small Onion (chopped)
1/4 Cup Milk
3/4 Tsp. Salt
1/8 Tsp. Pepper
1 Tsp. Worcestershire Sauce

Sauce:
2 Cans Condensed Cream of Chicken Soup
1/2 Cup Milk
1/8 Tsp. Nutmeg
1/2 Cup Sour Cream
Sniped Parsley

Directions:

Meatballs:
Mix all ingredients together. Shape mixture into 1 1/2 inch balls. Brown in skillet about 20 minutes. You will need to turn occasionally.

Sauce:
Mix soup, milk, and nutmeg. Bring to boiling stirring occasionally. Add cooked meatballs. Reduce heat. Cover and simmer 15 minutes, Stir in sour cream. Cover and heat 2-3 minutes more. Sprinkle with parsley.
Serve over noodles or rice.
