1 1/2 Lbs. Ground Beef
1/2 Cup Onion (chopped)
1 Green Pepper (chopped)
1 (16 oz.) Can Chopped Peeled Tomatoes
2 (6 oz.) Can Tomato Paste
1 Can Consommé Soup
2 Tsp. Salt
1 Tbsp. Sugar
1/2 Tsp. Pepper
1/4 Tsp. Cayenne
2 Tsp. Chili Powder

Brown ground beef in a large skillet. Add all other ingredients; cover skillet and simmer for 45 minutes. If you want thinner sauce, add a little bit of water.
