Ingredients:
3 Cups Flour
1/2 Tbsp. Sugar
1 Tsp. Salt
1 1/3 Cups Crisco
1 Egg
2 Tbsp. Apple Cider Vinegar
3 Tbsp. Water (cold)

Directions:
Directions:
In a large bowl add flour, sugar and salt. Cut in Crisco with a pastry cutter until mixture is crumbly.
In a small bowl mix the egg, vinegar and water together and pour into flour mixture. Mix together with a fork until mixture forms a ball. Take approximately 1/3 of this mixture and roll out into a circle as thin as you can. Put into pie plate. If you are just cooking the shell to add the filling later you will need to poke holes with a fork on the bottom and the sides of the pie shell.
Bake at 425 for 15-20 minutes.
